Yoga Training:  Description

Our Yoga programming combines the One on One philosophy of movement science with a synthesis of the best of ancient and contemporary yoga techniques. Our customized sessions are designed for individuals or small groups.

One on One Yoga enables the participant to find a personal balance of strength and flexibility. The combination of focused breathing with flowing movements promotes feelings of well being as stress levels decline.

An appropriately designed yoga training program will:

  • Create balance by developing strength and flexibility
  • Provide relief from chronic pain or muscular tightness
  • Assist in stress management
  • Raise postural awareness

One on One's Personalized Yoga Training uses the specialized postures and breathing patterns of classical Hatha yoga as tools to help you reach your physical and mental goals. One on One's unique personalized approach allows you to learn and practice your yoga program at your own pace and within your own range. Each session is designed to accommodate your specific requests, concerns, and limitations.
