When I first came to One on One four years ago, I was 50 years old and weighed almost 300 pounds. I had no energy and felt terrible. It was time for me to take ownership of my health and stop making excuses, which should have been easy...I am a shareholder of another local health club!

Having access to a facility was obviously not the answer. I needed to work with professionals who could understand my challenges, see my vision and have the expertise to help me succeed. One on One has been the answer.

Originally, I was happy to just get through a session. Now, it is totally different. I actually look forward to my sessions. I have lost over 50 pounds and feel great! Getting these kind of results has really motivated me. I am now working on adding some muscle definition and focusing on abdominal work. On the days I don't meet with a trainer, I do the Group Training classes. Not only are they fun and a great workout, but the proceeds go directly to a couple of great charities. Additionally, I am a graduate of One on One University's 12 week educational program. What a great learning experience that was.

Thanks to everybody at One on One. You have impacted my quality of life more than I ever could have imagined.
