Group Training

One on One's group training is a fun, high-energy, creative workout experience addressing
all the major components of fitness. Exercise classes are held at our State College facility.  Proceeds benefit Centre Volunteers in Medicine and the Youth Service Bureau.  Come join us as we "Give Back."

1. Program
Client has been informed of the current schedule of all Group Training classes that are available under this agreement. Client has unlimited access to these classes. The schedule may be modified from time to time at One on One’s discretion. Additionally, depending on demand, a class sign up procedure could be instituted to ensure One on One quality classes are always being provided. It is understood that any specialty classes offered by One on One are not a part of this program.

2. Cost
Personal Fitness Program clients
Unlimited attendance in all group training classes with a $35.00/month donation to CVIM or YSB, provided a minimum of 9 training sessions are used with a trainer in a month. If you are using fewer than 9 sessions/month, please make a $50.00/month.

Associate Program clients
Unlimited attendance in all group training classes with a $35.00/month donation to CVIM or YSB.

Independent Program clients
Unlimited attendance in all group training classes with a $50.00/month donation to CVIM or YSB.

Non-One on One affiliates
Unlimited attendance in all group training classes with a $100/month donation to CVIM or YSB.

Individual class fee:    
$10 donation for first class
$20 donation for each additional class
