"A program of physical conditioning requires a commitment of resources, both in time and money. But it also requires the professional guidance and personal interest offered by Bruce, Kym, and the staff at One on One. They got me started and made sure I stayed focused. They are knowledgeable professionals who are totally committed to the business of physical fitness. It has been over seventeen years, and their interest in my on-going physical well-being is as intense as it was when I began."

Personal Fitness Training

The development and implementation of a results-oriented exercise program requires knowledgeable guidance. One on One's team of personal trainers values both the science of exercise and the art of motivation. In order to maximize results in as little time as possible, your State College personal trainer will develop a constantly evolving program to be implemented with individual exercise selection and progression.

Step 1: Initial Consultation and Fitness Evaluation

State College personal trainerAll personal training clients begin with an Initial Consultation to thoroughly review medical history, lifestyle, goals and expectations. The Fitness Evaluation reveals basic parameters of health and fitness: heart rate, blood pressure, postural deviations, movement patterns, balance, agility and functional capacity. (Note: a Physician's consent for participation may be necessary).

Step 2: Exercise Prescription

Based on your goals and evaluation results, an exercise prescription is written and a plan for implementation is recommended (i.e. frequency of training, type of exercise, duration of training sessions).

Step 3: Choose a Program
