  • Contact One on One via phone or e-mail
  • We will send you an Intake Packet consisting of several questionnaires
    • Personal Medical History, Family Medical History, Orthopedic History, Lifestyle, Exercise and Nutrition Habits, and Goals...Vision...Readiness...Strategy
  • We review the questionnaires with you over the phone prior to our first meeting
  • Meeting 1: Assessment and introduction to your customized program
  • Meetings 2-4: Development and instructional training of your program
    • Note: the goal is that you "own" your program by meeting #4

Additional Services:

  • DVD of your "To Go!" program
    • Your DVD will include exercise progressions, footage of both you and a professional demonstrating ideal form/technique side by side and personalized cueing
