Personalized YogaFollowing a review of your medical history and goals, our yoga instructor will design a preliminary combination of hatha yoga postures and breathing patterns.Your Personalized Yoga sessions can be either instructional or progressive and on-going, depending on your needs. Thirty and sixty minute sessions are available. Yoga for TwoJoin a friend or family member for yoga training tailored to the needs of both participants. Yoga for Two is an excellent way to enjoy this healthy and relaxing activity in a quiet and private setting.
