Personalized Yoga

Following a review of your medical history and goals, our yoga instructor will design a preliminary combination of hatha yoga postures and breathing patterns.Your Personalized Yoga sessions can be either instructional or progressive and on-going, depending on your needs. Thirty and sixty minute sessions are available.

Yoga for Two

Join a friend or family member for yoga training tailored to the needs of both participants. Yoga for Two is an excellent way to enjoy this healthy and relaxing activity in a quiet and private setting.

Customized Small Group Yoga Training

Customized Small Group Yoga Training is a wonderful way for a group of three to five participants to enjoy the benefits of yoga instruction in State College. Whether you participate on an athletic team or would like to join in a small group yoga class with your friends or family, Customized Small Group Yoga Training may be a good choice for you.
