Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup low sodium beef broth
1 packet simply organic vegetable chili powder
1 container plain greek yogurt
Directions:
- Cook ground beef on stove top
- When cooked, transfer ground beef to crockpot.
- Mix ground beef with diced tomatoes, then add vegetable chili powder.
- Add in black beans, kidney beans, and mushrooms then stir.
- Add in beef broth and stir all ingredients together.
Place lid on crockpot and cook on high for 5 hours. - Serve chili topped with plain greek yogurt in place of sour cream and enjoy!
