Makes: 4 servings



1 pound lean ground beef

1 can black beans

1 can kidney beans

1 can diced tomatoes

1 cup mushrooms

1 cup low sodium beef broth

1 packet simply organic vegetable chili powder

1 container plain greek yogurt



  1. Cook ground beef on stove top
  2. When cooked, transfer ground beef to crockpot.
  3. Mix ground beef with diced tomatoes, then add vegetable chili powder.
  4. Add in black beans, kidney beans, and mushrooms then stir.
  5. Add in beef broth and stir all ingredients together.
    Place lid on crockpot and cook on high for 5 hours.
  6. Serve chili topped with plain greek yogurt in place of sour cream and enjoy!
