Initial Consultation

  • Review medical history

  • Initial recommendations will be made

55 and 30 minute Consultations

  • Individualized guidance and education
  • Follow-up on previous sessions
  • Answer general questions
  • Off-site Consultations (grocery shopping, meal prep instructions, kitchen cleanout)

Take Charge!

Our most comprehensive program, Take Charge! is a 12-week program that consists of the following:

  • An Initial Consultation
  • Six Follow-up Consultations including one Off-site Consultation (grocery shopping, meal prep, kitchen cleanout)
  • 12 weeks of unlimited email support

Although individualized, we suggest scheduling the consultations over a 12-week period to provide maximum accountability, progression and support.
