Basic Training
is first in the series of One on One’s Youth Athletic Readiness Training (YART) programs. Athletes will be trained in the fundamentals of sports: balance, reaction, agility, acceleration, and deceleration. YART trainers emphasize the foundational skills of coordinated strength and “moving like an athlete” while instructing participants in core stability and general conditioning workouts. Young athletes leave this program knowing how to move safely and effectively.
