Everyone starts by going through a thorough intake process to establish a clear understanding of your objectives, medical history and lifestyle. We then create a plan to help you meet those objectives. For some, having a well-defined plan is all that is necessary. However, more is often needed. Meeting nutrition/fitness related goals means making appropriate “in the moment” decisions. In addition to providing the necessary nutrition education, we will help you develop manageable habit-change strategies meant to set you up for long-term success.

Lecture Series
One on One provides interactive fitness/nutrition/habit change education to groups through our lecture series. This is perfect for businesses, civic groups, religious organizations or groups of friends and family. A few of the topics include Building Healthy Nutrition Habits that Last, Meal Planning and Preparation and Nutrition for Exercise Performance and Recovery. However, we most often customize the content to accommodate your needs/desires.
One on One’s lecture series is part of its “Give Back” initiative. All proceeds are given directly to our chosen charities, Centre Volunteers in Medicine and the Centre County Youth Service Bureau.
