Our Objective
To engender an atmosphere where career-oriented fitness professionals can flourish and become the best in our field.
Those who build successful and rewarding careers at One on One are those who understand, value, and embrace our corporate culture. The following list has our unique characteristics and principles that distinguish us from all others.
The Ryan Principle
A career at One on One must be one that we would be proud of for our own sons or daughters. All compensation, policy and procedural issues must be developed and implemented with this principle in mind.

The Ryan and Callie Principle
One on One functions at a high level because we work as a team; we treat fellow team members like brothers and sisters. By fostering this attitude of teamwork, we can do significantly more as a company than we could possibly do by just focusing on ourselves. We must “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” If we apply this rule daily as a matter of course, we will benefit as individuals and as an organization. We will treat one another as we desire to be treated.
Communication
Meaningful relationships and, ultimately, trust, can only be developed through excellent communication. Skilled communication is vital to our success at One on One. We will always grant one another the courtesy of sharing what is on our minds in a respectful and appropriate manner. Team members must know where they stand with one another and with One on One as an organization.

Ownership of Your Work
To be excellent… real professionals, we must take ownership of our work. We must do it because we want to make a difference in the lives of others. We must do it because excellence matters. Cutting corners and just putting your time in may suffice at the local health club, but not at One on One.
Giving Before Getting
Consistent with our “Ryan and Callie” principle, we will always take the first step in relationship building. We are here to give and care for each other and our clients. We believe strongly in a culture that pays it forward; be the first to give and, more often than not, you will discover that others are eager to reciprocate your kindness.

Education
We will always strive to be the best in our field. Striving to keep our skills above the rest is what enables us to provide the true One on One experience for clients and team members alike. Without continuing our education, we would be incapable of providing the safest and most effective exercise/health programming. We must remain cutting edge through the development of innovative training methods and practices.
Mentoring
We will develop and maintain a strong mentoring culture. We will humbly share our experience and knowledge with others at One on One. Personal growth and the growth of those around us will always be a priority. The rewards of taking what you have and freely giving it away extend far beyond the workplace.

Integrity and Trust
We must be people of the highest integrity. To achieve this goal, we must always be true to our word and follow the Golden Rule. We will take ownership of our mistakes and under-promise/over-deliver. Team members must never compromise this most important principle. Trust is the natural benefit of being a person of integrity.
Your Best is Good Enough
Walk our cultural walk to the very best of your ability and feel good about it. Control what you can control…the process. You can’t control outcomes, and you can’t do any better than your best.
