The biggest impact of the Take Charge program was that it shifted my mindset regarding weight loss. Take Charge taught me to pause and think about my food decisions, and I became more aware and intentional with my choices as a result. That awareness was a turning point.

The structure of the program, especially the weekly reflections, helped me recognize old, unhelpful patterns and reframe them. I learned that the weight loss process isn't about chasing perfection; it's about shifting your thinking so your choices align with your long-term goals. It was only by changing my mindset that I was able to build habits that support real, lasting change.

The tools provided throughout the program made a huge difference. The MyFitnessPal app helped me plan my meals, the workbook helped me reflect and connect my daily choices with my long-term goals, and the RD sessions offered support, guidance, and accountability that kept me on track. Together, those tools helped me stay connected to the bigger picture and made the process feel doable and sustainable.

One of the things I appreciated most about Take Charge was its flexibility. I travel often for work, and the One on One team never missed a beat. They always made it easy to connect virtually for both fitness and Take Charge sessions. The program truly worked with my life, not against it, and that made it easier to stay consistent, even on the road.
