I arrived at One on One on day-one thinking I had known a great deal and I left after day-three with an increased insight and a more keen understanding of training individuals. I would like to give a huge thank you to Ryan, Bruce, Kym and the One on One staff for helping me gain a larger understanding of the art of training. You all are awesome, and I cannot wait to come back up and learn more!
Adam, Ryan and Bruce conducted an intensive five day program which included the science, the art and the business of training. I feel much more prepared to begin my training business after spending time at One-on-One learning from the professionals. It was definitely money well spent.
