Continuing Education for Fitness Professionals
Twenty-nine years in the fitness industry have taught us what it takes to be successful and to enjoy meaningful careers as professional personal fitness trainers. We have made every mistake in the book—and fixed them all! As we have gone through this process, we have documented our experiences and created One on One University to help educate trainers.
Certifications and degrees, while important, do not give us all the tools necessary to excel in our field. Mentorships, internships, and our Personal Fitness Training Instructor Program are all designed to teach you the “art”, as well as the business, of personal training. It is this kind of knowledge and experience that will set you apart from the many others in our field.

One on One’s unique yoga programming combines our strong background in movement science with the best of ancient and contemporary yoga techniques. Our classes and individual yoga instruction place a premium on meeting participants where they need to be met. Quality movement and proper breathing techniques are of paramount importance.
