Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, Patrick Krispin spent his early years in Venezuela and Texas before arriving in State College in 2008 to play collegiate soccer at Penn State University. He earned his bachelor's degree in Energy, Business, and Finance and later completed a master's degree in Data & Analytics with a Business Analytics focus. In September 2025, Patrick became a certified Spinning Instructor.
Patrick began his career as a Business Systems Analyst at Restek before joining Kish Bank as Data & Analytics Manager. He's passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that help organizations work smarter and perform better. Along the way, Patrick has grown into an innovative leader, effective team member, and critical thinker.
Patrick's connection to One on One began years ago when he met his wife, Callie, a Partner at the organization. What started as a personal connection has grown into a shared family passion. He deeply values the principles and core beliefs that define One on One. Patrick believes that the organization's supportive culture and commitment to helping people live happy, healthy lives make it a truly special place and he's excited to contribute to the community that has already played such a meaningful role in his life.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys running, snowboarding, golfing, and spending time with his two children, Jack and Julia. Whether exploring the outdoors, traveling, or relaxing at home, he finds joy in staying active and sharing experiences with his family.
