For many, illness, injury or lifestyle changes beyond our control prevent us from staying fit.

We realize that returning to a lifestyle of activity is not easy and that a lengthy hiatus can significantly affect our ability and motivation to exercise. Old exercise routines might be unthinkable at this point. Accordingly, our approach to training the “Return to Fitness” client is conservative and progressive. We identify and address the postural dysfunctions, movement imbalances and compromised functional capacity caused by inactivity. For those recovering from an injury or surgery, we work closely with your physician or therapist to ensure that your fitness program addresses your specific needs.
