Our SAQ Attack programs focus on Speed, Agility, and Quickness. These summertime programs are intended for athletes preparing for the Fall Sports Season. Participants will learn:
- the importance of athletic readiness
- the fundamentals of athletic movement through indoor and outdoor drills
- how to prepare for and recover from training and competition
- how to prepare for the demands of athletic sports
SAQ Attack: Phase 1
In Phase 1 sessions, we emphasize fundamental movement skills. The foundation of every sport includes movement skills such as running, jumping, balance, agility, reaction, and hand-eye coordination. This training program will focus on the development of these basic motor skills, building core stability and usable coordinated strength.
SAQ Attack: Phase 2
In Phase 2 field intensive sessions, we emphasize moving like an athlete. Building on the SAQ Attack: Phase 1 foundation of fundamental movement skills, this program will focus on improving speed, agility, reaction, and quickness. SAQ Attack: Phase 2 sessions look and feel more like “game time” performance.
