Strength and Power
is intended for youth athletes continuing to prepare in their off season. Building on the fundamentals developed during Basic Training, trainers in our Strength and Power program instruct athletes in safe and effective strength training techniques that will serve them well for the rest of their athletic career. The primary goals of this phase are muscular growth and the development of usable strength that will translate to a variety of sports. Athletes leave this program stronger and equipped with the knowledge they need to continue strength development.
