I joined One on One to participate in their group training classes about six months ago.  I am an avid runner and thought before these classes I was in pretty good shape. Oh, how wrong I was!
Since starting the Group Training Classes, I have become much stronger and toned. I now know what core strength really is! The professional staff at One on One is amazing. They are always there teaching me proper technique and adding progressions to the exercises. It is surprisingly personalized for a group exercise class. I come from a fitness background and really appreciate the culture they have created.

Group training is the perfect class for me. It’s fun, effective, and done in 45 minutes. I pay for it by writing a check to a local charity and have met some really nice people! What more can you ask for?
