After studying entrepreneurship at Grove City College for two years, Callie was ready to return to her hometown and join the family business. She completed the One on One Personal Fitness Training Instructor program in October 2012. She excelled as a fitness professional and helped create much of the programming One on One uses today. By far, her favorite part of the job was working with new clients and supporting them through the process of habit change.
In 2019, Callie’s role changed as she started her new family. She became a stay at home mom and worked remotely doing administrative work for One on One. In 2019 when she had her first child, Jack. In 2021, she and her husband Patrick were blessed with a baby girl, Julia. During this time, she developed a passion for trail running and for gardening. Being a stay-at-home mom has exponentially expanded her ability to be patient, understanding, and empathetic to all people. She feels very grateful towards her children for presenting that growth opportunity!
In 2023, Callie returned to One on One to take on the role of Client Satisfaction Manager. She is excited to once again have a direct line to each One on One client and to support them in their pursuit of a healthy and happy life.
