Cycling Class

If you are looking for some added endurance work, join us for indoor cycling Fridays at 8:00AM at One on One. Expect a high-energy cycling session synced to the beat of the music!

Affiliates and non-affiliates are welcome to join. The cost is $25.00/session.

Sweat & Stretch

Sweat & Stretch is one of my favorite hours of the week. It is a perfect way to begin the weekend – I finish feeling both warmed up and an inch taller than when I started.” – Kate T.

Sweat & Stretch consists of 40 mins of stretching and corrective exercise focused on posture, mobility, and stability. You can participate in person at One on One or via Zoom.
