I want to thank the staff, and especially Geoff, for the care and expertise that has been afforded to me by One on One.
As you know, I am going through chemo for my ongoing cancer. The periodic chemo keeps it in remission. The side effects are typically muscle loss and weight gain. Through the guidance, creativity, and perseverance of the One on One program, and particularly Geoff, I have experienced the opposite; muscle gain, increased flexibility, and weight loss. My oncologist sees me as a medical mystery, defying the usual pattern.
Thank you for the program you offer. I could not have gone through this in the shape I am in, improving rather than declining, without One on One.
