Julia completed One on One’s Personal Training Instructor Program in December 2023.
Growing up in Bucks County Pennsylvania, Julia discovered her passion for fitness and nutrition. She became certified as a personal trainer through the National Federation of Personal Trainers in July 2022. Now, she is a junior at Penn State University pursuing a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
Since discovering the incredible community at One on One, Julia has found her home away from home where she is uplifted by a group of like-minded individuals. She has always valued the importance of taking care of oneself through proper nutrition and exercise. One on One’s approach to leading a healthy and happy life resonates with her and she believes that everyone deserves the tools and guidance to become the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves. She is exhilarated by the opportunity to help One on One’s clients achieve their goals.
Julia loves to work out by doing strength and endurance training and emphasizes the importance of moving one’s body every day. In her free time, she often spends time outdoors taking long walks and hikes with friends and family. She also enjoys cooking and baking for her friends and values quality time with the ones she loves.
