Julia is a certified Personal Trainer (June 2015) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Specialist in Sports Nutrition (January 2016) through the International Sports Science Association. She joined the One on One team as a personal trainer in December 2014 and is now a Group Trainer instructor.
After high school, Julia’s focus shifted from playing soccer to training for and competing in endurance sports. She is passionate about sports nutrition as a means to fueling an active lifestyle and enjoys sharing that passion with others.
Julia earned a Bachelor of Philosophy degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Pittsburgh in April 2014.
