Achieving and sustaining weight loss can be difficult. At One on One, we focus on combining exercise and nutrition in a realistic, healthful way that encourages long-term success. Your weight loss program is specialized to address your individual needs.

Nutrition Counseling

One on One offers comprehensive counseling services for individuals, groups, and families. Nutrition counseling starts with an initial consultation and consists of 30 or 45 minute follow-up sessions. Our nutrition services are accepted by most major health insurance providers*.

Take Charge!

Our most comprehensive program, Take Charge! is a 12-week program that consists of an initial consultation, six follow-up consultations and 12 weeks of unlimited email support. The Take Charge program is accepted by most major medical insurance providers*.

Lecture Series

One on One’s Lecture Series is part of our “Give Back” initiative. All proceeds are given directly to one of our favored charities, the Centre County Youth Services Bureau or Centre Volunteers in Medicine

Habit Change

Sustaining healthy nutrition habits is about more than nutrition education. One on One empowers their clients, through education and a strong sense of community, to take control of their lives by giving them the tools to break destructive habits and create new ones.
