Since 2009, One on One has offered “Give Back” Group Training providing participants with a great overall workout. We are now ready to introduce a schedule of Specialty Group Training classes. Each 50 minute class brings a unique training experience. The classes are scheduled in a four week time-frame giving you an opportunity to boost your fitness routine without making a tremendous commitment.

The Complete Circuit

There is more to a challenging workout than simply pushing past your strength and conditioning limits. In fact, an effective workout is one that challenges your limits in all physical categories. A well-rounded program is one that improves mobility, total body strength, and challenges balance. The Complete Circuit devotes necessary time to each of these categories and is purposeful about conditioning. TRX/Kettlebell Fusion 

Experience a hybrid workout that packs a punch! TRX/Kettlebell Fusion builds your strength, challenges your balance, and puts your conditioning to the test. This class is best suited for experienced exercisers looking to take their high fitness level to the next height.

F.I.S.T (Functionally Integrated Strength Training) 

Whether you’re 25 or 65, strength training is crucial for your overall fitness. Many understand they need strength training, but are unsure about how to do it in a safe and effective way. F.I.S.T. emphasizes strength training in a group setting while still providing modifications for individual’s needs. Expect to be trained on key strength training exercise and learn important movement preparation exercises targeted for your needs. See why FIST has already been a hit at One on One!
