Stephen Morgan completed One on One’s Personal Training Instructor Program in May 2025.

Originally from Bradford, PA, Stephen grew up involved in sports, developing a lifelong passion for health and performance. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.

Stephen was drawn to One on One because of its mission-driven culture and the opportunity to work alongside a team that values both personal growth and professional excellence. The emphasis on meaningful coaching and lasting lifestyle change resonated deeply with his own beliefs.

In his work with clients, Stephen incorporates One on One’s Core Beliefs as the foundation for sustainable habit change. He believes that caring for ourselves first allows us to better serve others, that mindset shapes action, and that small, consistent choices lead to meaningful results. Stephen encourages clients to step outside their comfort zones, approach life with gratitude, and embrace who they are, so they can build sustainable habits and live their healthiest, happiest lives.

When he’s not coaching, Stephen enjoys running, playing basketball, spending time with loved ones, and getting outdoors whenever he can. He’s passionate about helping others feel capable and confident in their bodies and finds purpose in supporting people on their journey to becoming the best version of themselves.
