A specialty of Harrison’s Wine Grill & Catering

The rich flavors of roasted fresh garlic and feta cheese combine deliciously  in this crowd pleasing recipe – perfect for holiday parties.
(In parenthesis are suggestions for making this recipe a bit more healthful)

18  Large Button Mushrooms – 2.5”-3” in diameter
5 cloves Fresh Garlic
2 ½ Cup Bread Crumbs  (whole wheat)
¾ Cup  Feta Cheese
3 oz  Melted Butter (or olive oil)
1 T  Chopped Parsley

**Pop out stalk of mushrooms and place mushroom tops on a sheet tray.

**Remove the exterior of garlic cloves and roast for 15 minutes at 350 degrees until soft.
Then puree  roasted garlic until chunky (can smash with a fork too)

**Mix garlic with the remaining ingredients

**Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps

**Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

**Platter, garnish and serve!
