How does this help my nutrition?

In-season fruits and vegetables are packed with essential nutrients! They contain more vitamins, minerals and antioxidants than produce harvested out of season. Secondly, you are getting foods at their peak, making them even more delicious. Incorporating seasonal produce into your diet gives you variety and improves your nutrient intake.
