S.A.Q Attack 2011 Phase 1: Basic Training,  finished today. What a great group we had the privilege of working with!  We saw vast improvements over the course of four weeks.  These athletes worked hard, had fun and as a result, are much better prepared for their upcoming sports seasons. Congratulations to all of our athletes!

S.A.Q Attack 2011 Phase 2:Field Intensive Training begins July 19th.  In this session the emphasis will be on moving like an athlete. Building on Basic Training’s foundation of fundamental movement skills, this program will focus on increasing speed, improving agility, reaction and quickness.  Field Intensive Training sessions look and feel like sport.
