We’ll help you get off to a fast start, and then provide ongoing support so you can remain successful while navigating life’s inevitable challenges. Introductory Phase: Your First Steps to Lasting Change

Losing weight doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. At the same time, it does require a whole-hearted commitment to prioritize your health. For many, this reality can feel dauting. We can help.

Take Charge begins with a 6-week Introductory Phase designed to provide the maximum level of support. Our Registered Dietitians offer expert guidance in the areas of nutrition and behavior change.

You’ll receive:

• Six 45-minute nutrition counseling sessions with a Registered Dietitian.

• Monthly Take Charge group meetings to develop strategies for success, maintain inspiration and build accountability.

• Access to our private forum to exchange recipes, tips, and motivation with other Take Charge participants.

We’ll equip you with simple, effective tools to create a sustainable caloric deficit and help you make decisions that align with your goals. You bring the commitment; we’ll bring the support.

Ongoing Service: Build on your Foundation

Real change doesn’t happen overnight. That’s why Take Charge includes a 12-month Ongoing Service designed for continued success.

This phase builds on the foundation you’ve already created, helping you connect your behaviors to your goals as life carries on. It’s where your short-term success becomes a sustainable lifestyle.

What’s included:

• 24 RD Units (15-minute sessions via email, phone, virtual, or in-person).

• Continued monthly Take Charge group meetings to maintain accountability and engagement.

• Ongoing online forum access for continuous support and peer interaction.
