Registration is now open for the second phase of YART Fall 2011: Strength and Power.
This six-week program, meets twice per week. We have two group sessions scheduled: Monday/Wednesday and Tuesday/Thursday. We are also offering the participants the opportunity to do some personal training sessions in conjunction with the group training sessions during the six-weeks.
The first phase of YART: Fall 2011 focused predominantly on the fundamentals of sports and muscle endurance/hypertrophy. This phase will continue working on the fundamentals but a greater emphasis will be placed on muscular strength/power.
For those interested in having their athlete do more traditional resistance training work, please consider registering them for the additional six sessions of personal training.
