Sessions begin December 12, 2011
- YART: Basic Training (Part II) For those athletes looking to improve their strength, power, and conditioning (Mon/Wed 7:00 – 7:55). 12 sessions for $199.
Note: Sessions will run 12/12/11- 1/30/12. There will be no class 12/14/11 due to the One on One Holiday Party. Also, no class 12/24/11-12/31/11.
- YART: Recovery/Regeneration For those athletes whose sport’s schedules ramp up (i.e. basketball, ski team) but want to continue focusing on core strength, joint mobility and functional movement patterns (Thursday 7:00 – 7:55). 6 sessions for $99
Note: Sessions will run 12/15/11- 1/26/12. There will be no class 12/24/11-12/31/11.
