One on One is pleased to announce that Carol Shirk recently completed the Lifestyle and Weight Management Certification through the American Council on Exercise.
Carol has been with One on One since 2007. She received her B.S from the University of Minnesota and completed the Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2008.
