After being diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer and gaining almost 50 pounds over two years, I believed I would be stuck at this weight for the rest of my life and “deal” with being overweight. However, after only two weeks at One on One, it was clear that I could lose weight and get my body to where I wanted it to be.

I’m pleased to share that after 4 months of consistent effort, I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been. I’ve lost 30 pounds, and love that I’m becoming toned and athletic. Most importantly, I have gained my confidence back. The results are incredible!

Here’s how I’ve done it…

Accountability- Regular interactions with One on One team members and dietitians hold me accountable in an inspiring way. Most notably, I’ve been surprised by the peer-to-peer support from other clients. The sense of community keeps me motivated. This has become a highly valuable component of my experience.

Nutrition- As a historically picky eater, I’m surprised that I actually enjoy eating a healthy diet. The recipes from Paige are delicious! Paige has taught me healthy eating strategies that fit within my lifestyle. I appreciate the practical and individualized advice.

Fitness- The personal training and group training sessions definitely challenge me to the edge of my ability, but it is never too much and I never feel like a failure. I feel a strong sense of accomplishment after my sessions.

I’m getting results and enjoying the process. I have never had an experience like this at other gyms. In fact, I’m not sure this would have been possible at another gym. Thanks One on One!
