One on One would like to welcome Malcolm Willis and Ryan Neff. They are both enrolled in the  One on One University internship program.

Malcolm Willis

Hi, my name is Malcolm Willis. I am a 21-year-old junior at Penn State University majoring in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Management and minoring in Business. I was born and raised in Washington, D.C. but now reside in Marbury, MD. I was drawn to One on One because of my background in training and working out as a member of the Penn State Football Team. My desire to help others improve themselves is why  I am here. I look forward to meeting and getting to know you during my time here at One on One.

Ryan Neff

Originally from Manchester, Pennsylvania, I grew up playing soccer. I will be earning my Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology  from Penn State University August 2012. I am currently a personal trainer at the Penn State gyms on campus. Upon graduation, I intend on getting my NSCA CSCS certification. It is a passion of mine to see people develop an overall healthy lifestyle and help them accomplish their fitness goals. I am very excited to have the opportunity to be a part of the One on One team!
